Our Garden Pavilion is a beautiful light filled venue overlooking the tranquil grounds of the Japanese Garden and fish filled pond. This venue is not only beautiful, it’s functional, and sure to tick all your event space desires for any style. The Garden Pavilion is perfect for cocktail style events for up to 70 people or formal, seated events for up to 30 people.

Booking conditions:

Event/Party menus must be pre-booked and pre-payment is due 7 days prior to the event date. Cancellation fees will apply to parties/events cancelled with less than 7 days notice.

Cafe operates from 9am- 3pm. Events choosing to pay a 'venue fee', have access from 9am-3pm. Non Exclusive Venue - maximum event time is 4 hours.

$500.00 - Full Day - 9:00am - 3:00pm (inc bump in and bump out)

Includes "exclusive" use of the Garden Pavilion with "dedicated event staff". Set up includes private bar, music sound system, gift table, cake table, casual cocktail style seating / tables and chairs. Clients may opt to hire linen table linen for $15.00 per cloth.

Exclusive Venue Not Required - Table in Cafe Courtyard (20 -30 people seated)

No Charge - 4 hour maximum booking time

Please note the Cafe Courtyard area is outdoors and has 3 extra large umbrellas providing some shade/ protection from rain.

High Tea Menu (min. 20 people, price is per person)

$50.00: Assorted Tea Sandwiches, Savoury Canapes, Lemonade Scones, Assorted Cakes and Slices. Includes Fine Loose Leaf Tea, Infused Fruit Water & French Press Coffee

COCKTAIL EVENTS: A Food Station is set for self serve (a display of tea stands and platters). SEATED EVENTS: High Tea Stands and platters are placed across guest tables (1 stand per 4 guests) . Please note, a surcharge will apply for dietary needs.

Grazing Boards: (min. 20 people, price is per person)

$18:00: Wood smoked ham shavings, dry cured salami, double brie, cheddar, marinated black and green olives, wafers and crisps, decorated with fresh & dried fruits & vegetables. Carafes of Infused Fruit Water included.

COCKTAIL EVENTS: A Food Station is set for self serve (a display of raised timber stands and platters). SEATED EVENTS: Grazing boards are placed across guest tables (1 board per 4-6 guests) . Please note, a surcharge will apply for dietary needs
